Why? You need Apache, which runs on Win32, and you need Berkeley DB,
which also runs on Win32. The rest is our code, which I shall hit with a
large stick until it runs on Win32. :-) So I think it should at least
be possible to get the server running on an NT or Win2k machine.

I'm actually more concerned about the client. I don't know yet what
it'll take to get neon to build. I'll start working on that soon.
