Uh, why are we bothering with AC_TYPE_SIZE_T when Subversion is only
targeted at ANSI-compliant systems? And when no one has yet pointed
out a single example of a platform which doesn't have size_t?

(Incidentally, off_t is in the same boat as size_t.)
