  I wasn't aware of that, but it does make a crazy kind of sense.
  (Crazy in the sense that this restriction is crazy.)

  Still, I was under the impression that, at least some, restrictions
 have been loosened/dropped by the US.
  If this really is the case there'd be no barrier to doing it
 properly now..
