Note that I have (in the past, and still continue to do so) lobbied for
property names to formally be defined as URIs. The current design doc is a
bit loose in this respect.

Presuming that we do *that*, then I would also suggest that we explicitly
use the DAV property names where they apply. If we don't, then I'll just end
up mapping SVN propnames to DAV names for the wire and back again. Seems a
bit silly :-)

There are standard propnames such as DAV:checkin-date and DAV:comment.
