Two general questions

I have read the Subversion Concept and in my opinion there are missing
two methods in the working copy management library:
1. wc_get_diff (for diff (1. , 2.) in the client operation library) and

2. wc_set_prop (or proplist,...)
Tell me, if I am wrong or right, and what are your solutions for these
methods.
