another APR question

The apr_file_io library says to just use "/" as the separator on all
systems.

That sounds jolly to me. How does it escape "/" on those systems
where "/" can be part of a filename component?

I wonder should we change svn_path_* to do escaping or substitution on
"/"? I'm waiting for the day when someone on a Windows or Mac box
checks out a file named "My Diary 2/11/01"... :-)
