broken tree

To folks in general: I've just committed some changes to svn_delta.h
for Karl and Ben's review that break the build. I'm sorry if this
causes inconvenience, but it's the easiest way for the three of us to
go through the interface changes and get things working again.

To Karl and Ben: that commit includes the major doc changes to the
svn_delta_walk_t that we discussed. Please look them over and let me
know what you think.
