  OK, and interface builder knows which files are important how? Well,
since it writes the bundle out, it knows what things belong in there,
and everything else is a turd. Adding special knowledge of CVS and SVN
and RCS and whatnot into apps seems the wrong route. Conversely, adding
special knowledge of NFS gooberness is also off...
