Yeah. A while back I offered them the `rcvs' domain if they wanted it
(by coincidence, I have it), if they'd send me the transfer forms, and
they said yes... never heard anything more.

I don't get the feeling the project is actually going anywhere -- the
ChangeLog doesn't show anything except a couple of file renames.
Would be happy to be wrong, though!

It is one of about ten such announcements that have appeared on
info-cvs@gnu.org over the years, all of which are now dormant AFAIK.
