Hmmm -- good question. I'm not, but want to get a prototype binary
difference implementation up and running right now, while the
algorithm is fresh in my brain. And don't want to make that dependent
on incorporating APR into Subversion tonight. :-)

However, I promise not to go to far without grabbing APR or something
similar. I agree, we don't need to write most of this stuff
ourselves.
