free implementations of vdelta, anyone?

We're implementing the `vdelta' binary diff algorithm right now; I'm
kind of enjoying it, actually, but still, we'd would be remiss not to
ask if anyone knows of a free, runnable vdelta implementation out
there.

If there is one, then (sigh) we won't reimplement it. :-)

So post to this list if you know of one. I've only been able to find
proprietary implementations, but the Internet's a big place...
