I don't know of a guide that is specific to that machine.

I would first check to see if there's an installer or prebuilt package. The
following page lists installers and packages for various operating systems:

If you can't find a prebuilt package, the INSTALL file in the Subversion
release tarballs explains how to compile Subversion from source code and
provides a list of the needed dependencies. The latest version of that file
can be found here:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/INSTALL

If you can tell us more, we might be able to be more helpful. For example,
what operating system does the machine run? Are you installing Subversion
as a client or a server?
