Some error

When I have asked for commit, the following error occurred:
In file
'D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.9.7\ext\subversion\subversion\libsvn_wc\wc_db.c'
line 4122: assertion failed (have_row)
Subversion then wanted to delete many files, but I did not remember any asking for deletše them.
So I have asked for revert of the directory and the same error occurred again.
