Did you mean "svn add wc\B\@2.txt@" ?
The latter, defiantly, would work, but I'd like to add all files and folders inside folder "B" instead.

And I found that whether
        %svn% add wc\B\*
command would work depends on whether there's a file with "@" character inside.
