I upgraded from TortoiseSVN-220.127.116.1111-x64-svn-1.6.17
this morning - without rebooting.
Some applications were restarted.
I had to upgrade my workspace.
In the beginning everything seemed okay.
Some point in time, I got this message - maybe I did an "update" or "get lock".
After this I couldn't clean up any more, nor do anything else.
I had to remove TortoiseSVN-18.104.22.16868-x64-svn-1.7.0,
get old data,
and update my workspace.
Sorry, I can't tell you more.
I couldn't search the mailing list.
I didn't find a search facility.
Hope, this helps in some way.
