A mod_svn_authz question.

Hello all,

I was reading the Red Book and something is not clear to me. Are the authorization files for directory access loaded when Apache boots, or are accessed every time a relevant request that needs authorization is submitted to Apache?

I'm asking this because we are going to support thousands of users with our deployment. Authorization of users and repositories are likely to change often and rebooting Apache would be a very painful operation and process.

Thank you,

Geoffrey
