Of course not.
And from the starting "of course" you can easily extrapolate it will never
track this information.
The only way to check if anyone have retrieved any files is the server log,
but you will never know how many WC was created, only which files, and how
many times, was requested. Not even if they was successfully sent to the user.
You simply won't know.
