line-breaks result in "Cannot accept non-LF line endings in »svn:log« property"

Since upgrading to 1.6.5, some users cannot commit log-messages that contain
line-breaks.
The users run windows, eclipse and subversive.

The strange thing is that other users running the same environment can
commit the same log-message without problems.

From what place might Subversive pick up the encoding-definition that it
uses for the log-messages?

It might me a Subversive issue, but I'm not quite sure...
