svn internal error 20014

Has anyone seen this error during svn checkout or svn switch?

"Error retrieving REPORT (20014): Internal error"

(exit status is 1)

This is with the Windows CollabNet client version 1.6.1. The error
seems persistent for some users, even if they are doing a fresh
checkout. We have not yet checked the Apache logs (have to go through
some hoops for that).

The server is the Windows CollabNet server version 1.5.2 running on
server-class hardware with FSFS. We are beginning to evaluate an
upgrade to 1.6.5 (server and client) but I'm not sure if there are any
bug fixes specific to our scenario.

We also frequently see something like this, but sometimes it clears up
for those users after awhile:

REPORT of '[repo name]/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read chunk
delimiter: Secure connection truncated

Since these errors seem to happen repeatedly for some users though, I'm
left wondering if it can be a client-side configuration issue, or a
network issue, but we have mechanisms to guarantee that people use the
proper clients and configuration file.
