Assertion in swig-perl, SVN::Client->info

In the Perl bindings for SVN, SVN::Client->info fails an assertion (in
the C) if you give it '.' as the directory.

I would call this a bug, partciularly given that "svn info ." works on
the command line.

SVN 1.5.4. No version information in SVN::Client.
