"props changed" but can't find them on svn 1.6.2

We ran a reverse-merge on some changes that we wanted to back out. The
changes affected 2 files, but somehow it affected 9 files total, all with
just "props changed" next to it. But when I do svn proplist on those files,
I get nothing. Is that because svn is just doing some cleanup of extraneous
svn:mergeinfo?
