Via file:/// works just fine. But via http I get this:

What leading dash?
Can you type up the access string you expected to see?

Did you run the command-line merge via http://localhost:81 or via
file:// ?
When run via http://localhost:81/ what's the differences between the
command-line and tortoise merges?
