time problem between commit and update

Hi,
we got a time problem between commit and checkout/update.
The correct commit is verified.
If we do a checkout immediatly after the commit, it will retrieve not
the newest revisioin r but r-1.
After a waiting time of one or two minutes the checkout is okay.

We use a Windows XP Prof Server, a mix of Linux/Windows Clients
and Subversion 1.5.5/Apache 2.0
