I have 12 accounts and 10 of them real internet addresses, of which 6
receiving mail daily, and 2 more is a service accounts from some places (like,
default mailbox from ISP)

Trust me, Outlook (especially Express) is the worst possible standalone mail client.

It is not mail headers, it is the way mail clients handling messages, like you
don't want to know where it arrived or where and how it would went away...
If I'm doing something non-trivial (like moving message to the different
account, which is the case for this mailing list) - i do that with my full
acknowledgement.
