Well, no solutions on this list, but google found several threads
where similar messages appear due to the cyrus-sasl packages.

I removed these two packages and, keeping my fingers crossed, I no
longer get the messages when I commit changes:

  yum remove cyrus-sasl-lda
  yum remove cyrus-sasl-sql

I want to emphasize I found nothing referring to subversion's
connection with cyrus-sasl, but this so far "just works."
