svnsync bookkeeping

Hello everybody,

I haa production and a DR Subversion server. Both are Linux RHEL4 boxes with Subversion 1.4.4. I am using svnsync to keep the DR server in sync.

From the Subversion book, I understand that "svnsync stores its bookkeeping information in special revision properties on revision 0 of the destination repository".

My quesiton is: in case of a DR I can switch to the DR server quite easily, but shall I do with the properties on revision 0? Could they cause any issue?

Also, after a DR, I was thinking of putting something in place to set up a new DR Server and start synchronising with it. At this point the properties on revision 0 should definately be deleted before starting the sync, right?

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
