Clarification in Subversion

Hi all,
 
We are running Subversion 1.4 (Linux Version) in a linux box and have around 5 repositories in our office. We need move project codes from one repository to another repository with message history as per the following.
 
From <repo1_name>/versions/project/demo/d10 To <repo2_name>/main
 
Kindly provide your valuable suggestions in detail to achive this.
