'Compression of svndiff data failed'

Hi All,

My repositories are hosted through Apache on windows based server and
everything has been working fine for last 1 year or so but today all of
sudden we started getting a problem 'Compression of svndiff data failed' on
what ever action we try to do on repositories.

And after sometime everything seems to be working fine again; now the
question which I have in mind why did it happened at first place and how it
got resolved.

has anyone experience this problem; could it be a hardware problem??
BTW my server is raid server with 4GB RAM and 2 GHZ processor.

Any help regarding this highly appreciated.
