CollabNet offers (free registration) a single-package Apache
2.2/Subversion server install package. It's very quick & easy to set
up, and you know you won't be missing any components.
VisualSVN is another option. They package basically the same thing as
CollabNet, with the addition of an MMC snap-in for easy repository
maintenance & user administration.
Both are functionally equal, but CollabNet is easier to get started
with than the "DIY" install, and VisualSVN even easier - especially if
you have an AD domain you want to integrate with for user accounts.
