svn: Failed to find label NULL in URL '/svn/foo/bar'

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with Subversion for a few days (I can't tell since
when or what I changed before), everytime I try to use it I get this
error message:

svn: failed to find label 'NULL' for URL '/svn/foo/bar' (with the url
being something else, of course.)

I've found an old thread about that on the list archive, there was no
solution mentioned. Does anyone have a hint what might go wrong?

Please CC me, I'm not subscribed to the list.
