Unfortunately, the address you used, feedback_at_tigris.org, is only
concerned with basic admin of the Tigris site itself. The individual
projects, such as Subversion, run their own pages and mail lists. I
would guess the best place for your question would be the users_at_subversion.tigris.org
  mail list, and I have cc'ed them with this reply. You should
subscribe to that list in order to see their answer.
