Empty Check-In?

From: Waynn Lue <waynnlue_at_gmail.com>

I was trying to check in a change just now, and got a conflict, which
surprised me since no one else should have checked in since the last time I
synced. But I did my update, which updated a large list of files, and then
did the check-in. I got curious about what change had been made, though, so
I ran svn log to find more information, and got this

[wlue_at_hostname files]$ svn log -v -r <revision number>
------------------------------------------------------------------------

with no output at all save all the "---". Is there any circumstance in
which there would be an empty check-in with no files modified? I'm a little
stumped.

Thanks,
Waynn
