svn copy fails with 400 Bad request

Hello all

Whenever I'm using mod_dav_svn on Apache2 to do any operaion that
involves SVN COPY, it fails with 400 Bad request. The Apache logs
won't show any error messages.

It works fine with file:// URIs, though.

Any hints?
