You have to run with the --port flag when you start svnserve.
Append the port to the URL (after the server name) when you open it up
in the Repository browser like you would for any other URL with a
different port than the standard for that protocol.

Requirement:

1. Change Svnserve port on server side from default to xxxx.
2. How to access from tortoisesvn for the changed port?

 

Server config:

Svnserve installed and running as windows service on port 3690.

 

Client

Using tortoise svn 1.5.1 as client.
