Hi,
Can you run these command and post all output ?
1.) Open a command prompt by start -> run
2.) Go to root,
C:\Documents and Settings\eric> cd \
C:\>
3.) type these command on this console.
C:\> svn --version
...
..
C:\> svnserve -- version
...
..
Just to confirm which version of subversion you are currently in use.
