using other diff's (again)

I think this is called "software freedom", and I just want to say that I feel the same way about using a non-subversion diff, or a format other than the 'unified' format for the diff outputs.

So I'm hoping that my request (and that of others) to allow *both* the particular diff program *and* any command-line parameters to be specified in the ~/.subversion/config file not get left off the to-do list. At present, the config file only allows an alternative diff program to be specified; it does not allow command-line parameters to be given (those have to be passed on the command line every time you run 'svn diff', or else you have to write a wrapper script with clumsy references to numbered parameters). And there is no way (short of a wrapper) to turn off the -u parameter.
