When you simply say "Documentacion.pdf" at the end, it is assumed to be "./Documentacion.pdf" and clearly, you are running this command in a directory which is not a working copy.

Try this instead:
svn cp -r 5 file:///home/silvio/svn/proyecto/Documentacion.pdf file:///home/silvio/svn/proyecto/Documentacion.pdf
