Ok. I already thought that might be it: BDB logs won't help you with
that, they're part of the BDB internal way to implement transactions
in its database. These logs won't provide you any information about
the health of your Subversion install.

I'm sorry, but without information of your server and access method,
I'll be unable to tell what your options are.
