Changing a revision message - Acces granted to everybody....

Hi,

I give the possibility of changing the comments of a particular revision and it works fine.

But it stills a problem:

I have a developer team who does not have access to a particular path in the repository ( " The releases branch ").

But they can change the revision message of the files contains under " The releases branch ".

Is there a solution to this or it is impossible?
