single working copy synchronized with two repositories

I would like to have a single working copy be able to update and checkin
to two repositories. I keep all my personal source code on my home
SVN server.
I also have a project that is hosted on Source Forge.
I do most of the work in a working copy checked out of my own
repository.
Every once in a while I manually sync this with the copy stored on
SourceForge.
Of course, this results in the typical confusion from time to time
about which one is
the most up to date. Is there a cleaner way to do this? I suppose I
should just work
out of the SourceForge repository for this project, but I prefer
working out of
my home repository.
