... Well, having a look at http://subversion.tigris.org/project_packages.html it seems that Windows binaries are available and there is a beautifull installer at http://www.visualsvn.com/server/ . So I think this is not one of the Linux pro's. Support for SVN isn't OS dependent and can be found on mailing list archives or forums : here again I don't think I can consider it as an objective Subversion + Linux pro's...
