Retrieving HEAD revision number

From: sarancse <sarancse_at_gmail.com>

Trying to get the latest revision number in the subversion repository using
the following command.
svn info svn://10.105.4.7/fortress
The outcome of this command contains latest revision number. In Linux I am
able to get the revision number using grep and cut commands. But in windows
I couldn't get the latest revision number. Can anyone tell me to retrieve
the latest revision number?
