Server-side automatic property setting

Hello,

Is it possible to configure a server-side automatic property setting when using an Apache/mod_dav_svn configuration? It would be much easier to maintain the configuration in this case compared to the effort needed if I must deploy an updated configuration to all my Subversion users.
