svnadmin dump very slow

Size on Disk: 491 MB
Contains: 10,515 Files, 26 Folders
The process was started about 1.5 hours ago.
The dump file is currently 163 MB and not currently growing.
The process is still alive, but does not appear to be doing anything at
Any suggestions, anyone?
