Thanks for your reply, I went with 1.4 and ended up, upgrading the server
OS. I'm running 1.4.3. Thanks

I'm 90% sure that there were changes to the data storage between 1.3 and 1.4
(SVN 1.4 introduced some new features that made 1.4 working copies unable to
be read by 1.3 clients, and I'm pretty sure that affected server-side stuff
as well).
