Personally, I would prefer seeing the software that generated this file to
also have the option of saving in "exploded" format, that way you can commit
these files/folders in all types of source control systems. Microsoft's
InfoPath, which usually saves Form Templates as .xsn (CAB files with a
different extension) has such a feature for, I imagine, purposes like the
one you want...
