400 bad address

I encounter this problem after several month using it
to update file from http://opensvn.csie.org/S_D_B
without error this month every time I try to update my
file come the error message :
Error * REPORT request failed on
'http://opensvn.csie.org/S_D_B' REPORT of
'http://opensvn.csie.org/S_D_B': 400 Bad Request
(http://opensvn.csie.org)

Please help me is this client setting or something
else.
My other update from :
https://mangos.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mangos, are
working fine.
