It would have been a lot to write -- a case of "this margin is too
small to contain it", you could say, or just laziness on my part :-).

Have you tried to work them out? They're not that hard, I think,
especially if you look at the 'svn log -v' output after doing a
branch-from-working-copy.

Yeah, I agree, am just busy with coding work and other stuff. (But
anyone can submit a doc patch, and I'd be happy to review...)
