Yes, if I check out foo.c /b_R1/2, make changes, and then commit,
it would go to the HEAD of b_R1. So if /b_R1/3 exists as the current
HEAD, it will be committed as /b_R1/4.

Don't get me wrong, I really like SVN - espcially for the price! I'm
appreciative of the fact that people are passionate enough to come
up with an app. that I use everyday in my company. I'm just merely
pointing out the one SCM feature I like about other similar apps.
