It sure better. I only set my auto-props in the Subversion config file
(%APPDATA%\Subversion\config) and TSVN honors every single one of
them. Why else would TSVN provide direct access to that file?

And it should. It does in my case. But I also haven't messed around
with Global Ignores much.
